Bootcamp Membership: The Bootcamps are small group training sessions where we have both trainers coaching you through the class so that you get the attention you need. The Bootcampers go through a variety of functional exercises to achieve a full body workout. The classes are fun, exciting and a great way to mix up your workouts while meeting new friends.
Monthly Unlimited: $150
2x/week for 1 Month: $90
10 punch pass: $150
Drop in rate: $20

The Essentials Package: 1st months Membership plus 6 personal 1on1 sessions with a personal Trainer to get you started safely. In these four sessions we will teach you the basic movements that are used within our Bootcamp classes as well more complicated multi-joint exercises like Olympic lifts and kettle bell workouts. The Bootcamps will have two trainers in attendance coaching small groups of 6-12 people throughout the class to assure that everyone has proper form, motivation and enjoyment.

Personal 1on1 Training: These are 50 min sessions the client is given the upmost attention of the personal trainer. The program will begin with an assessment of the client’s fitness level to determine where to begin our training. The trainer will build a personalized program that will improve the overall health and fitness level of the client all while working towards the client’s goals. The program will also include nutritional guidance so to maximize our gains.
1 session: $75
5 sessions: $300
10 sessions: $550
20 sessions: $1000

Doubles Training: These are 50 min personal training sessions for 2 people that wish to train together. The trainer will assess and train both clients accordingly to their fitness level. Although the two people most likely will have two different fitness levels and goals, the trainer will personalize each client their own program. This also includes nutritional guidance for the two clients.

20 sessions: $1400
